One or more non-profit CDC’s could help: identify and act on possible CED opportunities (perhaps even affordable housing); provide technical assistance, training and mentoring (possibly microenterprise development); and attract funding for new and expanding small businesses and non-profit organizations that benefit local and regional economies.
