Partnership, Sponsorship and Investment Opportunities Ultimate Destiny University, a new non-profit membership organization, is now offering several mutually beneficial opportunities for participation in our programs. In addition to periodic introductory "resource showcases" and "playshops", we are beginning to develop an ongoing calendar of development training seminars and workshops in Sedona, Flagstaff and occasionally Phoenix with empowering and enlightening presenters. For example, we already have confirmations for programs in the 1st Quarter of 2009 from Scott and Shannon Peck of The Love Center, John Randolph and Jan Price of the Quartus Foundation and Dr. Emmett Miller of the Leadership Institute for Global Healing and Transformation. We are working on securing additional dates with presenters such as Les Brown "The Motivator", Colin Tipping of The Radical Forgiveness Institute, Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. These community empowerment programs are based on about 15 years of producing similar programs for up to 1,800 participants as documented elsewhere in this site and at www.candoresourcecenter.com. We are seeking additional partners, co-producers and sponsors of individual events and or the complete series of events. Funding is being sought through a combination of coproduction agreements, sponsorships, donations, revenue participation agreements and equity possibilities. In addition to these immediate partnership and sponsorship opportunities, more will be available soon through two major projects being launched: Sedona Institute for Conscious Sustainable Living. Through an international “think tank” to address local, regional, national and global challenges and opportunities, world-class authors, presenters and experts in related fields would be invited to come to Sedona and participate in periodic conferences and workshops on topics of greatest interest and impact. The initial potential programs could include a primary focus on: (1) Conscious Sustainable Living with Penny Kelly, author of The Evolving Human, Consciousness and Energy and co-founder of the Center for Conscious Sustainable Living, Susan Davis, Founder of Capital Missions and initiator of the Tipping Point Network along with key leaders of Social Venture Network, the World Business Academy, Center for Sustainable Community, etc.

We have producing community-based, non-profit programs of this scope for up to 1,800 participants since 1990, mostly in a county of 100,000 residents. Some of the hundreds of positive newspaper articles about our past programs in 9 states are featured at www.candoresourcecenter.com . It is envisioned that these larger events, initially featuring Les Brown, would be held periodically at various locations including Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff and possibly even Phoenix.
The marketing strategy includes attracting more business owners and professional people from Phoenix and Flagstaff to come to Sedona for 1 and 2 day personal, professional and organizational development training programs that would be tailored to meet their priority needs and interests given the global economic challenges.
